How To Cook ?

Step 1: Soak the vermicelli in 1 liter of water for 1 minutes, then drain the water.

Step 2: Steam the soaked vermicelli for 5 minutes and set it aside

Step 3: Let the steamed vermicelli cool and then separate the strands

Step 4: In a pan add required oil and crackle mustard seeds, add channa dal and urad dal, then fry onion, tomato , chilli, curry leaves, other desired vegetables (optional) and add required salt. Now add steamed vermicelli to it and mix well. Serve it hot with coconut chutney.
